What were the Kerrang Top 40 Rock Songs of the 21st Century?

There was a playlist on Kerrang TV in the UK a few days ago named
something along those lines^. It might have been the Top 100 I'm not
sure, but Foo Fighters - Best Of You was at 20 I do believe. There
were loads of awesome songs on there that I just can't remember the
names of, anyone know where I can find the playlist or perhaps even
know it? Thank you
